- I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
- That's most of my clients — founders and CEOs. You send me the workflow. I tell you what can realistically be automated, in plain English, and I build it.
- Will AI replace my team?
- No. It takes the sorting, chasing, copying, and first replies off their plate so they can do the work only a person should do.
- What if automation isn't worth it for us?
- I'll tell you. I don't recommend AI because it's trendy. If it won't pay off, we stop before you spend a cent.
- Do you just advise, or do you build it too?
- Both. Consulting to find the highest-value work, then I implement it myself — agents, workflows, integrations, the working system.
- Will it work with the software we already use?
- That's the point. HubSpot, GoHighLevel, email, calendars, spreadsheets, custom APIs — I plug into what you already have.
- Is our data safe?
- We keep it inside your tools and accounts wherever we can, and we never train public models on your client files. We'll walk through the setup before anything goes live.
- How do we start?
- Send me the workflow — or hire me on Upwork. I'll come back with what should be automated, what should stay manual, and how I'd implement it.
